The difficulty path you seek is entirely up to you. You can obtain gear from Raid Finder, regular Dragon Soul, or Heroic Dragon Soul. Weapons in Raid Finder are only available from Madness of Deathwing. Each part of Raid Finder Dragon Soul gives you 250 Valor Points, giving you a easy way to obtain half of the valor you can get per week.
